Tina Marie (Price) Paul of Bloomfield Hills, age 44, died Thursday, April 4, 2024, after a long battle with cancer, surrounded by those she loved. To the end, she remained the spirited, kind, remarkably strong woman she’s always been.
Tina was born June 29, 1979, in Wayne, Michigan.
She leaves behind her daughter Ella Paul; her loving fiance Rich Zelasko and his children Ava, Nick, and Josie; and her devoted parents, Mark and Sue Price. She was big sister and best friend to Lindsey (Brandon) Billings, Chelsea (A.J.) Lingerfeldt, and Mark (Kim) Price, and beloved aunt to Jonas and Stellan Billings and Felton Lingerfeldt.
She will also be missed by Estelle, Eugene, and Laura Zelasko; Donna (Dick) Blakeney; Jordan Paul; Matt and Carol Pellegrino; Sherrie (Kim) Craddick; Margie and the Williams family; her uncles, aunts, cousins, and many other close family members and friends. Tina’s love touched so many that it is impossible to list them all.
Tina faced many medical issues in her lifetime, including a year-long battle with breast cancer in 2021. She not only faced each obstacle valiantly, she also offered strength and inspiration to others on their cancer journeys.
None of Tina’s trials could diminish her fun-loving spirit, her patience, kindness, and the nurturing support she offered to all those she loved. She was a calm and encouraging listener, and a loving partner, mother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. Everyone who knew Tina knew she had your back.
Tina was aware that life is precious and inspired us all by living every moment to the fullest. She loved travel and time spent at the beach, especially island life on Turks and Caicos. She enjoyed dining out, music, concerts, family parties, baseball games, kayaking, four-wheeling, and Taylor Swift. She also enjoyed cuddling with her five dogs, and most especially, time spent with her family.
A memorial in Tina’s honor will be held:
